POSITION INFO:

Join an IT Solutions team within a leading Short-term Insurance Administration company. We are looking for a BI Developer/ Data Engineer to design and implement business intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. If you have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about data, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements to develop effective BI solutions
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth
• Develop relational and dimensional data models
• Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights and improve business processes
• Create interactive reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc in Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years as a BI Analyst Developer
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik
• Proven track record of delivering BI projects
• Preferred Skills; MS SQL Server, SSIS, Snowflake, Talend, Power BI, Qlik
