POSITION INFO:
Join an IT Solutions team within a leading Short-term Insurance Administration company. We are looking for a BI Developer\/ Data Engineer to design and implement business intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. If you have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about data, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements to develop effective BI solutions Design, build, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth Develop relational and dimensional data models Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights and improve business processes Create interactive reports and dashboards for business performance tracking Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members Qualifications and Experience: BSc in Information Systems or a related field 5+ years as a BI Analyst Developer Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik Proven track record of delivering BI projects Preferred Skills; MS SQL Server, SSIS, Snowflake, Talend, Power BI, Qlik The Reference Number for this position is NG60273 which is a Permanent position in Johannesburg offering a salary of R650k to R850k CTC salary negotiable based on experience.
