Our client in the FMCG Industry is currently looking to employ an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join their team based in Humansdorp.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in IT \/ Computer Science \/ Data Management \/ Statistics \/ Related Field Minimum 5 years' hands-on BI development experience Proven experience with: SSIS, SQL Server, SSAS, Qlik Sense, Power BI, NPrinting Advanced T-SQL SQL Server performance tuning ETL development and scheduling SSAS Tabular modelling Qlik Sense scripting and dashboards Power BI modelling and DAX NPrinting design and automation Data warehousing and dimensional modelling Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SSIS ETL pipelines from multiple data sources Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading into SQL Server Ensure reliable data flows and system efficiency Design, develop, and optimise SQL Server databases for analytics and reporting Perform query tuning and performance optimisation Maintain database integrity and security Build and maintain SSAS Tabular Models Develop KPIs, measures, hierarchies, and security roles Support dimensional modelling and data warehousing best practices Develop and support Qlik Sense dashboards and applications Build Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports Deliver user-friendly and impactful business insights Design and manage NPrinting reports Maintain scheduling, templates, and automated distribution Gather requirements from business users Translate reporting needs into BI solutions Communicate technical outputs clearly to non-technical users Monitor production BI environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and governance standards Please be advised that if you do not receive a response within two weeks of applying, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
