Are you a strategic thinker with a hunger for innovation in the financial services sector? We are seeking a dynamic Business Partner (BI) to join an undivided team of diverse doers who believe in pushing past limits through technology.

The Role

In this role, you will be the driving force behind strategic opportunities for Business Insurance. You will cultivate high-level commercial relationships, identify emerging markets, and deliver customer-centric solutions that resonate with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Monitor regional sales and market data to help formulate winning strategies.
Relationship Management: Develop and implement plans for complex customer accounts, engaging directly with key decision-makers
Strategic Selling: Tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs and use your expertise to identify products that provide a clear rationale for agreement.
Market Intelligence: Build a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional resolution and high retention rates.

What We Are Looking For

We need a professional who rebounds from setbacks and makes sense of complex, contradictory information to solve problems effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 3–6 years of industry and commercial experience.
Education: Matric/SAQA Accredited Equivalent
Accreditation: Full FAIS accreditation (150 credits) and RE 5 are essential.
Bonus: RE 1 is considered a strong advantage.
