Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client for 2 x Business Analysts

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma / B-Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related.
3–5 years’ relevant work experience in business and system analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
Analyse data, processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
Develop and document business process models (current and future states).
Propose and design process/technical solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders (executives, IT teams, end-users).
Support implementation including testing, validation, and training.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business alignment.
