We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst who enjoys fixing how finance really works behind the scenes. This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving marketplace, where data, systems, and people collide. Your job is to bring clarity, structure, and smarter ways of working.

What you’ll do

Analyse and redesign financial processes across a complex marketplace
Spot inefficiencies, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports that actually tell a story
Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and compliance
Work closely with Finance, Tech, Product, and Operations to drive change

What you bring

A Commerce, Finance, or Accounting degree
3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, finance, or process improvement
Strong process mapping and analytical skills
Advanced Excel and exposure to ERPs and reporting tools
Marketplace, e-commerce, or digital platform experience is a bonus
