Business Relationship Consultant - IGrow CA

South Africa's #1 Property Investment Group is looking for a Business Relationship Consultant to join their accounting firm! 

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Calling our clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive.
• Following up on client queries.
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day.
• Book meetings for accountants if clients would like to find out more about the accounting and tax services.
• Assist new accounting clients with on-boarding procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (with Accounting as a subject)
• Tertiary qualification advantageous
• At least 5 years of experience in a telesales role
• Ability to make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Be professional
• Experience in the accounting industry beneficial
• Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbove average computer literacy
• Deadline orientated
• Service orientated
• Ability to work under pressure and must be flexible
• Performance driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Financial background would be an advantage
