JOB DESCRIPTION:

South Africa's #1 Property Investment Group is looking for a Business Relationship Consultant to join their accounting firm!

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Calling our clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive.
Following up on client queries.
Make 100 – 120 calls per day.
Book meetings for accountants if clients would like to find out more about the accounting and tax services.
Assist new accounting clients with on-boarding procedures.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (with Accounting as a subject)
Tertiary qualification advantageous
At least 5 years of experience in a telesales role
Ability to make 100 – 120 calls per day
Maintain professional telephone etiquette
Positive, can-do attitude
Be professional
Experience in the accounting industry beneficial
Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbove average computer literacy
Deadline orientated
Service orientated
Ability to work under pressure and must be flexible
Performance driven
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Financial background would be an advantage
