JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate must develop and nurture good relationships as well as represent and project the business interest and image of the company at all times

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase sales from Business Customers and Partners in the automotive and fleet industry and at the same time, ensure cost control to budget within the channel.

A relevant B degree or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
• At least 5 years Sales and Marketing experience.
• At least 3 years sales management experience in a target-driven environment.
• Effective people management skills and must have experience in managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants.
• A high level of business acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation skills to partners and customers.
• A strong personality with a passion for sales and people.
• Strong leadership abilities, using a style congruent with the Tracker Values.
• Maturity and experience in sales management to be effective across multiple channels.
• Good networking abilities, experience in the motor or fleet industry would be advantageous.
