Business Support Specialist

SUMMARY:
A prominent multinational company is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid administrative background, experience supporting executives, and a proven ability to work across international markets.

• Relevant administrative qualification

• Minimum of 5 years administration experience at senior level
• Project management experience

• Strong customer service skills and professional manner

• Support the VP and GM in integrating Asia and Africa teams across five markets under the One Team One Vision strategy.
• Provide high-level administrative and tactical support, including drafting correspondence, summarizing reports, and resolving issues.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and follow up on action items and priorities.
• Enhance communication between leadership and staff through innovative channels.
• Manage and improve operating cadence by coordinating executive meetings, board sessions, and offsites.
• Conduct research and prepare reports based on VP and GM’s direction.
• Lead planning and logistics for senior leadership meetings, staff townhalls, and Exco sessions, including note-taking and material distribution.
• Oversee board meeting preparations and support the VP and GM’s sustainability and philanthropy initiatives.
• Manage the VP and GM’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence, including emails and external communications.
• Plan and coordinate business events such as team builds, staff meetings, and offsite gatherings.
• Handle a range of administrative tasks including billing, expenses, meal plans, transport, and purchase orders.
