Key Responsibilities:- Support the VP and GM in integrating Asia and Africa teams across five markets under the One Team One Vision strategy.
- Provide high-level administrative and tactical support, including drafting correspondence, summarizing reports, and resolving issues.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and follow up on action items and priorities.
- Enhance communication between leadership and staff through innovative channels.
- Manage and improve operating cadence by coordinating executive meetings, board sessions, and offsites.
- Conduct research and prepare reports based on VP and GM’s direction.
- Lead planning and logistics for senior leadership meetings, staff townhalls, and Exco sessions, including note-taking and material distribution.
- Oversee board meeting preparations and support the VP and GM’s sustainability and philanthropy initiatives.
- Manage the VP and GM’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence, including emails and external communications.
- Plan and coordinate business events such as team builds, staff meetings, and offsite gatherings.
- Handle a range of administrative tasks including billing, expenses, meal plans, transport, and purchase orders.
