SUMMARY:

A global leader in the Agricultural industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Support and Export-Coordinator to provide support to the Business Development Manager and coordinate the import and export of products according to company and relevant regulatory bodies’ legislations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a tertiary qualification in Logistics or Business Administration
3 to 5 years’ experience in operations administration and exports will be required
Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
Excellent administration and computer skills are important
Experience in the exports of agricultural products will be an added advantage

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinating the import and export of international and local products to the end user.
Arranging the issue of Regulatory Certificates for exports.
Receiving stock with the Stock Controller and issuing thereof into the internal ERP system.
Performing monthly stock takes of current stock on hand.
Conducting monthly reconciliation of open orders and stock on hand per warehouse.
Updating internal operating system prices for both purchasing and selling of products.
Compiling annual pricelist''s and distributing thereof to major clients.
Processing sales orders, invoicing and dispatching thereof.
Assisting the Business Development Manager in monthly checks and correctional adjustments of Commission Statements.
Performing general administration duties.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
