Business Systems Analyst

POSITION INFO:
Job responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver dashboards, metrics, and analytical models that drive smarter decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design reporting that’s clear, actionable, and impactful.
• Provide key insights on trends, opportunities, and improvements to business leaders.
• Lead the BI strategy and ensure our data works for us - not against us.
• Oversee data quality and master data processes, ensuring information is always accurate and reliable.
• Build and manage our data warehouse and ETL processes for consistent reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and implement practical solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement through data and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define and support system requirements.
• Manage projects with strong governance, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Drive change management to embed analytics across the business.
• Build business cases to support initiatives that deliver measurable value.

• A passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Strong experience with BI tools and data warehousing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Data Science or Information Technology
• CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, CPM, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics or business analysis
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Business Central, databases and business process mapping.
• Firm understanding of data warehousing, data modelling and ETL processes.
• Sound understanding of project management methodology and related concepts –project management qualifications are not essential but would be advantageous.
