SUMMARY:
Seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Unit Executive to lead and drive the performance of a key Business Unit at group level. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the full strategic, operational, financial, and people management of the unit.

POSITION INFO:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (BCom or Engineering).
Preferred: MBA or Master's in Business/Leadership (NQF Level 9).
Minimum 16 years’ experience, with at least:
- 6 years in operational roles in the steel industry
- 5 years in management
- 5 years in senior leadership
Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and managing large teams in a manufacturing/process environment.
