Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and tenders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales planning
• Track, report, and analyze sales metrics and business performance
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
• Contribute to product development and service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (advantage but not always required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
