SUMMARY:
12 Month contract for an experienced C# Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using C# and related technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge solutions. The candidate must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C# and related technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product management to design and implement robust solutions.
High-Pressure Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Azure Services: Utilize Microsoft Azure services, including APIs, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Azure Functions/Webjobs, to build and deploy applications.
DevOps Practices: Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in C# development.
Education: Tertiary qualification (e.g., degree) in software development, IT, or an equivalent field.
Technical Proficiency:
- C# & .NET Core: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core development.
- Azure Services: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services, APIs, and Entity Framework Core.
- Azure Functions & Webjobs: Familiarity with Azure Functions and Webjobs.
- Version Control: Experience with Git for version control.
- Database Management: Knowledge of MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server.
- BotFramework: Experience with Microsoft BotFramework, including Bot Framework Emulator.
- Agile Methodologies: Understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies.
- NuGet, Ngrok, Azure SDK, KQL: Familiarity with these tools and technologies.
- Design Patterns: Understanding of the Mediator pattern and other design patterns.

Advantageous Skills:

Azure Cognitive Services: Experience with Azure Cognitive Services for Language.
Automation Tools: Knowledge of Power Automate.
.NET Core: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience specifically with .NET Core.
Additional Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
