Job Summary

Our company is seeking the employment of experienced Debt Collecting Agents to
assist in our Debt Collection Call Centre.

Applicants must have at least 1 year Debt Collecting Experience
Collecting Call Centre experience and have the following expertise and
qualities.

.Good communication and linguistic s
.Active listener.
.Good persuasive negotiator.
.Friendly voice demeanor over the phone.
.Goal Orientated.
. Pay attention to detail.
. Proper understanding of technology.
.Must be skilled in MS excel and word.
.Emotional intelligence.
. Function well under pressure.
.Completed Courses and obtained certificates
in Debt Collection.
