Our client is seeking a high-energy Corporate Finance Analyst to join their small, collaborative team based in Rosebank. This role offers hands-on exposure across all aspects of corporate finance, with a strong emphasis on valuations and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and analyzing financial models, with a strong focus on valuations
- Supporting a range of corporate finance engagements, including M&A and advisory work
- Working closely with senior team members across live transactions
- Taking ownership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
What They’re Looking For:
- CA(SA) – recently qualified
- 1–5 years’ max relevant experience, particularly in financial modelling
- Strong Excel skills — candidates will be required to complete an Excel-based case study as part of the interview process
- High energy, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for corporate finance and desire for broad exposure
- BEE candidates preferred
