CBU 17702 - CONTRACTS MANAGER (BUILDING)

You will be responsible for:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all building construction activities on site from commencement to completion.
• Implement company procedures, project specifications, and quality standards on site.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the construction programme and take corrective action where required.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Control project costs, monitor budgets, and assist in managing variations and claims.
• Ensure timely procurement of labour, materials, plant, and subcontract services.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance in accordance with legislation and company policy.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities through regular site and progress meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and manage site staff to achieve productivity, performance, and programme targets.
