Employer Description Our client is a construction cost consultancy practice providing comprehensive quantity surveying, cost management, project controls, procurement advisory, and contract administration services across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, energy, healthcare, industrial, and residential developments. Job Description You Will: •Manage the end-to-end tender process - from scope\/tender documentation through to evaluation and award. •Prepare and issue RFQs\/RFPs and tender packages. •Evaluate and commercially compare tender submissions, including rates, BOQs, pricing, exclusions and deviations. •Prepare tender evaluation reports and recommendations. •Apply QS principles to tendering and commercial assessments. •Assist with contract preparation, review and administration. •Identify commercial, pricing and contractual risks. •Liaise with contractors, suppliers, Procurement, Engineering and other stakeholders. •Maintain tender documentation, registers and audit-ready records. Qualifications •Quantity Surveying or relevant Contracts\/Commercial qualification. Skills •Approximately 3-6 years' relevant hands-on experience . •Proven tendering, commercial evaluation and contracts experience. •Strong Excel skills. •Mining\/construction\/engineering experience highly advantageous. •Able to work independently and operate effectively in an onsite mine environment Salary\/Package R45k Neg on exp Benefits Inclusive
