We have a CEO vacancy at one of our clients in the property industry based in the Congo. R2m + Housing + Transport + Incentives on Sales + Airfare

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• An International Consortium with a strong financial backing is looking for an experienced Executive with a property development or construction background to manage and oversee a modern mixed megacity development in the Congo.
• Development include sales of land which is in a sought after area. Development has been ongoing for quite a while and a fairly substantial amount of land has been sold.
• The candidate must have had exposure in dealing with construction teams, engineers, quantity surveyors etc.
• Leadership and managerial skills, strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people on all levels.
• Very safe area and local population is very respectful towards South Africans.
• Opportunity to earn in USD and to gain exposure with an international consortium operating in the fire belly of Africa.
