Additionally, the candidate will handle budgeting and forecasting, manage banking relations, and ensure compliance with financial standards. This position demands a proactive leader capable of guiding financial operations, providing strategic input, and leading a finance team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in financial management.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in the property industry
• At least 5 years in a similar role
• MDA Proficiency
