Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and business strategy
• Own cashflow, forecasting, and risk oversight
• Manage fundraising and capital structure decisions
• Ensure compliance and governance are always top-notch
• Guide and develop a high-performing finance team
• Handle board reporting, stakeholder comms, and contracts
• Take charge of group secretarial functions

• CA(SA) – this one's non-negotiable
• 6–10 years post-articles experience in senior finance roles
• Proven success in a multinational business environment
• Strong communicator and confident leader
• Advanced Excel and ERP know-how
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, strategy, and compliance
