SUMMARY:
CFO
POSITION INFO:
To develop and oversee the implementation of the Financial and IT processes and systems. The job is also responsible for ensuring the effective financial management of the Business in line with PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
Post Graduate degree in Finances or related required.
5-8 years relevant financial experience in the Public Sector, with at least 5 years at management level within Accounting, Auditing or relevant field.
Extensive knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, GRAP standards and PPPFA.
Experience in Supply Chain Management required.
Develop a financial strategy and give input into the organizational strategy.
Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to raise additional funding together with the Marketing and Production Department
Manage financial management to develop, implement and maintain the financial systems.
Manage Supply Chain to comply with Treasury regulations.
Develop and implement an appropriate IT strategy.
