Minimum Requirements:

• CA (SA)
• 7 - 10 years Senior Management Experience

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

• Design and implement financial strategy to support business sustainability and growth.
• Direct the financial planning, budgeting, and procurement activities.
• Manage the overall financial health of the business including cost and asset management.
• Prepare financial models based on business requirements as well as program feasibilities to support business objectives.
• Implement and ensure compliance with accounting policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting as well as evaluate financial performance.
• Set targets and objectives to support the achievement of financial goals and business goals.
• Develop and recommend annual budget for approval and prudently manages business resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
• Analyse the financial details of past, present, and expected operations and produces accurate and timely reports to identify development opportunities, areas where improvement is needed and to facilitate timeous decision making.
• Contributes and customises Group financial and business planning frameworks within which managers can respond and contribute to effectively.
• Partners with the other Leadership Team members in relation to preparation of financial feasibility and other financial aspects.
