CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT (EAST LONDON)

SUMMARY:
Lead the company’s financial strategy and operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, funding, compliance and long-term financial planning within a property development environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field - essential Minimum 5 years' senior financial management experience Property development, manufacturing or retail experience - advantageous Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance Proven cash flow management and financial planning experience Experience with property finance, project accounting or development funding - advantageous Strong banking, lender and funding relationship management experience Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax CA(SA) or similar professional qualification - advantageous Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills Proven leadership and strategic decision-making ability By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
