SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company based in the Northern part of Cape Town is looking for a driven CIPC Compliance Officer candidate.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Secretarial Diploma or similar qualification (LLB would be an advantage).
3 years experience in the secretarial field.
Exposure to statutory and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project planning, scheduling, finalising and reviewing.
Provide Secretarial training to trainee accountants.
Responsible for filing annual reports.
Staying up to date with latest developments in apllicable legislation.
Statutory amendments registration and document finalization.
Company and closed Corporation regitration and deregistration.
Trust dissolution establishment.
Certification of all documents.
Company annual fees.
Acquiring FICA documentation.
Ensure that statutory and regulatory disclosures are validated.
Maintaining the company’s statutory records.
Arranging meetings with directors and shareholders.

Additional Information:

Company’s operating hours: 8:00-16:45.
