SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company based in the Northern part of Cape Town is looking for a driven CIPC Compliance Officer candidate.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Secretarial Diploma or similar qualification (LLB would be an advantage).
  • 3 years experience in the secretarial field.
  • Exposure to statutory and regulatory compliance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scheduling, finalising and reviewing. 
  • Provide Secretarial training to trainee accountants. 
  • Responsible for filing annual reports.   
  • Staying up to date with latest developments in apllicable legislation. 
  • Statutory amendments registration and document finalization. 
  • Company and closed Corporation regitration and deregistration. 
  • Trust dissolution establishment. 
  • Certification of all documents. 
  • Company annual fees. 
  • Acquiring FICA documentation. 
  • Ensure that statutory and regulatory disclosures are validated.
  • Maintaining the company’s statutory records.
  • Arranging meetings with directors and shareholders.

 

Additional Information:

  • Company’s operating hours: 8:00-16:45.
