CLAIMS GENERAL MANAGER

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a qualified and highly experienced CLAIMS GENERAL MANAGER for a large national company – position based in the Eastern Rand, Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant degree is a minimum requirement.

RE qualification.

Key individual qualification (FAIS).

8 - 10 years'' experience in claims automotive operations management.

8 - 10 years'' experience managing large claims.

Experience dealing with warranties.

8 - 10 years market related / short and long term insurance industry experience.

Will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the claims strategy across the business. Having a solid understanding of the legislative changes in the South African context.
