CLAIMS MANAGER – MIDDLE MANAGEMENT - GAUTENG

POSITION INFO:

Are you ready to take the next step from middle management into a senior leadership role? This opportunity is for a dynamic Claims Operations Manager with exposure to both long-term and short-term insurance. You will take ownership of the full operational and strategic claims function, driving performance, streamlining processes, and working closely with key stakeholders, including the actuarial team, to influence business direction. To secure an interview, you will need a relevant degree and a minimum of eight years’ proven experience across claims, operations, and insurance systems.
