POSITION INFO:

Free State (based in Bloemfontein and surrounds)

Our Sales department is looking for a strong team player to join the Dynamic Sales Team. The successful applicant is required to be independent, self-motivated, self-confident driven, display punctuality, accuracy & a spirit of innovation.

Qualifications

• o Matric
• o Qualified Skin Care Therapist
• o National Diploma in Somatology Advantageous
• o Or a relevant National Diploma or Degree

Experience:

• o Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in the skin care industry
• o On the road sales experience will be beneficial

Requirements:

                        o Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle essential

                        o Servicing existing stockist

                        o Opening new accounts

                        o Administration

                        o Driving and achieving sales objectives

                        o Setting up budgets

                        o Monthly Reports

                        o Build, maintain and nurture client relationships

                        o Exceptional negotiation skills

                        o Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally

                        o Solid understanding of skin care and regulatory requirements and issues

                        o Ability to perform under pressure

                        o Excellent customer skills

                        o Consultative selling skills

                        o Ability to adapt easily

                        o Self-Driven & Self -Motivated

Very important: Must be able to travel, long distance, away for a week or more at a time
