SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturer based in Vanderbijlpark, Sedibeng is looking to employ a CNC Operator, Setter and Programmer / CNC Machinist with 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
Qualified Artisan - Trade Certificate (Red Seal) (Essential)
5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Must have worked on CNC Lathes, Horizontal and Vertical borers
Experience in programming of CNC controls, Fagor, Siemens, and Fanuc
Maintain precision equipment to reduce downtime
Review and interpret technical drawings and models
Set up, calibrate, and program CNC machine to execute specific manufacturing tasks
Make adjustments during operation to achieve desired tolerances (0.02mm)
Inspect final machined product to ensure conformity by making use of measuring equipment like verniers and callipers
