JOB SUMMARY:
Well known and established Engineering company in Roodepoort is looking to employ a CNC Program.
Salary negotiable depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Previously or currently working on a Universal Vertical and Horizontal Boring Mill:
Axis: X, Y and Z axis with additional rotary 4th axis (B)
Control: Fanuc Control 32i - model B

Duties:

Verify Program according to drawing
Identify correct tooling
Setup and operate
Once proven program needs to be saved and stored on server by Production Manager
Complete dimension report
Requirements
Complete job card and work-pack
+5 years experience in CNC milling with 4th axis Good knowledge of measuring equipment and ability to use correctly
Good housekeeping
Good understanding of ISO and following Processes and Procedures
Understand Fanuc programming language
Sound Knowledge of Jigs and Fixtures
Be able to read and understand technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
Work efficiently
