• Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to meet sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts with clients.
• Educate clients about the company's products and services.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage the Relationship Manager's schedule and appointments.
• Coordinate with insurers to obtain quotes and follow up on quotes.
• Assist in closing deals when the Relationship Manager is unavailable.

• Grade 12
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Certification in financial services (RE5 / FAIS CREDITS / CPD / CLASS OF BUSINESS).
• Previous experience in short-term insurance is an advantage.
