SUMMARY:
The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory, food safety, and internal standards within a packhouse environment. The role supports the continuous improvement of processes to meet market, customer, and audit requirements while promoting a culture of compliance and quality.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Matric (Grade 12)
HACCP or BRCGS certification
2–3 years’ experience in a compliance role within a packhouse or food processing environment
Experience with food safety audits and standards
