SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled Component-Level & Soldering Technician to join our workshop-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment at board and component level, primarily focusing on variable speed drives and related systems. A strong understanding of electrical schematics and a hands-on approach to fault finding are essential.
POSITION INFO:
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in a component-level electronics repair role
- Extensive experience with variable speed drives (VSDs)
- Strong soldering and desoldering skills
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot using electrical schematics
- Familiarity with electronic signal principles and diagnostics
- Proficient in English and MS Office
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Relevant qualification in electronics or electrical engineering
