A well-established attorneys firm based in Paarl is seeking the expertise of a Conveyancer to join our dedicated team.
 

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting, reviewing, and registering property transfer documents
• Handling all aspects of bond registrations with thorough accuracy
• Liaising with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office
• Managing and processing conveyancing files from start to finish
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Admitted Conveyancer
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in conveyancing, specifically with bond registrations
• Excellent knowledge of the deeds registration process and current conveyancing legislation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey / LexisConvey)
