SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established law firm in Johannesburg North, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on an immediate basis.
Salary: R18 000 0 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

2–3 years’ proven experience in Conveyancing, with a strong focus on Transfers
Solid knowledge of the full conveyancing process, from inception to final account
Prepare and attend to conveyancing and transfer documentation
Liaise with clients, estate agents, Deeds Office, and relevant stakeholders
Ensure compliance with conveyancing procedures and timelines
Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently
Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
