CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (Transfers & Bonds)
Located: Mossel Bay
Salary: Dependent on Experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary Strong knowledge and experience in both Transfers and Bonds Ability to manage conveyancing matters from inception to registration Experience working with conveyancing software and legal systems Excellent administrative and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and client liaison abilities Ability to work independently and effectively manage deadlines Key Responsibilities: Handling transfer and bond registrations from inception through to finalisation Liaising with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, and relevant stakeholders Preparing and drafting conveyancing documentation Managing correspondence and ensuring compliance with conveyancing procedures Monitoring progress of files and maintaining accurate records Providing administrative support to the conveyancing department Consultant: Joss Suffield - Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
