A leading law firm in Paarl, requires an experienced and professional Bonds Secretary to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric qualification
Legal secretary / paralegal / conveyancing qualification advantageous
At least 5 years' relevant Conveyancing experience
Experience with bonds for Standard Bank and FNB
Full Transfer experience essential, from opening until closure
Ability to work independently
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
Attention to detail
