Chief Operating Officer (COO) – JHB North

A market-leading, high-volume, manufacturing product-driven business is looking for an individual to head up their operations, from manufacturing aspect to making decisions about new machinery.

POSITION INFO:
What we are looking for: An Engineer with a BSc and MBA or similar. Someone with min 10 - 15 years , NOT from a typical large structured corporate. Someone looking to get out of a boxed Corporate and being to make changes. A decision maker , couple with someone who understands a complex manufacturing business . We are looking for the following industry exp - Pharma or Engineering Products or Automotive manufacturing products - anywhere you have been involved end to end of re-engineering a processes from end-to-end. We are on the hunt for someone out the box - and someone who wants to impact business in various ways, someone in the detail, and technically astute!
