SUMMARY:
In this role as an intern you will coordinate CSI projects and assist with all Training and Development and administration and data capturing, liaise with all departments pertaining to training and development matters

POSITION INFO:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Matric – Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Non-negotiable

(Please attach all qualifications)

Certificate in Human Resources/Business Administration or a related field
Understanding of corporate social responsibility and how it relates to employee engagement and the private sector
Knowledge of South African legislation and policies related to skills development and social investment projects
Good Knowledge of MS Office 365
Detail oriented with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and follow somewhat complex verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others
Strong collaboration skills
Able to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Strong project management skills
Extremely detail oriented and analytical
Deadline drive
Pay attention to all aspects of the job, accurately checking processes and tasks

KEYS TASKS:

Responsible for a number skill development programs implemented
Ensure effectiveness on social corporate investment projects in meeting community needs
Provide assistance in various partnerships established with stakeholders for skills development and social investment projects
