CR 17879 - PROFESSIONAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Reporting to the Head of Department, the Professional Quantity Surveyor will manage the following:

• Prepare and manage tenders, including pricing, documentation, and submission
• Conduct accurate measurements and take-offs from drawings and site information
• Perform full contract administration, including preparing contracts, tracking variations, and managing contractual obligations
• Compile and maintain detailed cost reports, ensuring projects remain within budget
• Monitor and control project costs from pre-contract through to final account
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist with procurement processes
• Prepare and submit interim valuations and payment certificates
• Identify, assess, and manage variations and cost implications
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure cost efficiency and project success
• Assist with financial forecasting and project cost planning
