CREDIT CONTROLLER – FLEET (AA)

SUMMARY:
The Credit Controller is responsible to ensure queries are resolved and accounts with due balances are collected timeously and efficiently.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage debt collection on assigned accounts by building strong relationships with

Customers

• Timeous collection of accounts via telephone follow-ups and/or Client visits if required
• Resolution of queries to facilitate timeous payments from Customers
• Responsible for allocations, credits, journals, and compliance with standard legal process
• Issuing of statements, invoices, and recons to Customers in accordance with our SOPs
• Reduce debtor days and increase company revenue
• Liaison and communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Preparation of weekly reports.

Must have requirements include:

• Matric
• Studying towards or completion of Credit Management Diploma or equivalent would be an advantage
• At least 4-5 years’ full credit control experience
• Must have experience working with large corporate & dealership accounts.
• Must have working knowledge of full Credit Control function.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank.
• Must a valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent computer proficiency MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), Salesforce and AX;
