SUMMARY:
The Credit Controller is responsible to ensure queries are resolved and accounts with due balances are collected timeously and efficiently.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Proactively manage debt collection on assigned accounts by building strong relationships with

Customers

Timeous collection of accounts via telephone follow-ups and/or Client visits if required
Resolution of queries to facilitate timeous payments from Customers
Responsible for allocations, credits, journals, and compliance with standard legal process
Issuing of statements, invoices, and recons to Customers in accordance with our SOPs
Reduce debtor days and increase company revenue
Liaison and communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Preparation of weekly reports.

Must have requirements include:

Matric
Studying towards or completion of Credit Management Diploma or equivalent would be an advantage
At least 4-5 years’ full credit control experience
Must have experience working with large corporate & dealership accounts.
Must have working knowledge of full Credit Control function.
Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank.
Must a valid driver’s licence.
Excellent computer proficiency MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), Salesforce and AX;
