Our Clients dynamic team is seeking a talented Utility Administrator/Creditors Clerk to join their ranks and play a vital role in managing our utility accounts (water or energy).

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will:

Process invoices from utility providers (water or energy) with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely payments and manage vendor relationships.
Conduct thorough data entry and maintain accurate records.
Analyze and reconcile invoices to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
Research and investigate any billing errors or inconsistencies.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and accounting personnel.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role, preferably within the water or energy industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with utility billing procedures (a plus).
