CRM D365 Sales Functional consultant

Job Description

The purpose of the Functional D365 CE Consultant role is to deliver services and solutions for Dotcom Software Solutions customers as part of the Business Applications Team using the suite of Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, and data integrations on the platform.

As a Functional D365 CE Consultant, you will have the ability to contribute to the growth of our Business Applications and Automation Group by helping large scale organizations adopt the power platform and Dynamics 365 CE platform. Experience with the Sales module is a prerequisite.

Tasks:

• Help and guide our clients to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform with best practices and methodologies
• Help and guide our clients to effectively use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Lead client discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, documentation and the development of solutions
• Ability to understand and explain the business drivers that apply to a specific client’s needs
• Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions
• Multi-task effectively between projects
• Proficient working in Agile project methodologies

Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales module, CDS, Microsoft Power Platform, MS PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Teams, etc.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem
• Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate and Dynamics 365 CE licensing plans and features included in different plans
• Experience in extending and integrating Dynamics 365 CE

Soft Skills

• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval
• Must be a “team player” able to work with management in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. Able to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions
