CRM Developer ( Financial Services)

SUMMARY:
Client in the financial services industry is looking for a CRM Developer to provide CRM I.T expertise, advice and leadership in the design, creation, testing and documentation of new and enhanced applications and systems in accordance with agreed framework of programming standards. To assist in the development of IT operational implementation plans and associated IT processes, methods and tech.

Educational and Industry Requirements

• BSc IT degree/equivalent
• Experience within Financial services
• Relevant certifications
• Relevant Training
• Matric

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 6 – 7 years  experience in CRM developing within financial services
• Applying Agile and DevOps approaches to delivering work product
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems in the CRM environment
• Identifying potential challenges to the development team and communicate with the Implementation Team and Business appropriately to alleviate risk to any project and ensure it is delivered per agreed timescales using Scrum/Agile.
• Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture & SOA systems
• Experience in Providing whitepapers, best practices, mentoring, and actively contributing to the company’s Dynamics and digital transformation practices
• Coordinating IT and business teams to provide thought leadership, architectural strategy, and solution recommendations.
• Balancing a variety of technical Dynamics engineering responsibilities and designing with Azure and O365 platforms
• Promoting Dynamics 365 solutions from development to production environments
• Implementing, administering security and configurations of Dynamics 365
• Performing requirements analysis and design with project leads, business analysts and internal customers
• Designing/building/testing/deploying functionality built/configured in Dynamics 365
• Documenting work/code including and not limited to process workflows and architecture diagrams
• Collaborating with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Communicating the capabilities of the CRM platform to the business units through meetings, workshops and presentations.
• Managing  and working with3rd party suppliers
