CTS 18619 - Sales Account Manager (Heat Exchangers) – East Rand

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Taking an active role in developing and executing the overall sales growth strategy in line with company strategic objectives
• Identify and service existing and potential customers.
• Key account development and account management.
• Work closely with the sales hub to provide quotes and technical proposals within a 48-hour turnaround time.
• Routinely contact customers by telephone, e-mail and in person to maintain healthy sales relationship.
• Meet with consulting engineers on a regular basis and attend site meetings and store openings.
• Manage and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide Technical solutions/quotations and proposals to customers
• Liaise with consulting engineers and develop/submit tenders/proposals as required
• Liaise with refrigeration contractors and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Offer system solutions including freon, CO2 and water loop contractors.
• Liaise with customers regarding requirements, applications and solutions
• Project manage “bespoke” special sales orders and projects
• Liaise within the group export division to grow export potential
