Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Manage and develop all sales activities of sales team across the Consumer Division
Support and manage relationships with key customers and principals
Manage sales pricing and margins effectively
Work with Technical team to assist in product development initiatives and customer product support.
Prepare sales budget annually as required.
Drive Working platform
Ensure Budget is met monthly and forecasting is accurate for 3 year view
Manage 1-2 key Accounts
Manage relationships between finance, warehouse, customer care and sales team
Market information on pricing trends, availability and opportunities to be communicated weekly
Mentor and coach sales team with respect to core values as well as Safety culture.
Support Business Unit Manager

Qualifications

Matric
Marketing and/or Life Sciences/Chemical Engineering degree

Skills

Minimum 5 years management role leading a team
Minimum of 5 years in a management role leading a team.
Good understanding of pricing structures and managing net working capital would be advantageous.
Required to travel when required.
