SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for overseeing the full operations of a Customer Service Centre, ensuring profitability, high-quality customer support, and alignment with business objectives. The manager will lead equipment sales, aftersales support, servicing, and warranty processes while maintaining strong customer relationships and reinforcing the brand’s position in the market.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate.
Trade-tested in Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (or equivalent with relevant experience).
Supervisory or management training preferred.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to manage operations, people, and performance effectively.
Report writing and public relations capabilities.
