SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Clerk to join our Clients team in the Fastener industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12/N3
Minimum 5 years' experience in the fastener industry
Warehouse and Customer Service experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure prompt, accurate and on time customer services and deliveries/collections is maintained at all times
Action any queries and complaints promptly
Liaise with customers regarding their complaints by receiving telephonic calls, emails or written complaints from sales
Investigate any product shortages, oversupplies and complaints related to the service levels
Manage control and report all quality defects
Administrative tasks
Phone calls
Investigations
