Assist with the formulation and implementation of the Corporate CVP including the

fund-,employer - and member value proposition.  

 

•    Understand client needs through research and analytics and articulate the unique CVP''s accordingly
•    Understanding the competitor landscape and their value propositions to market
•    Ensure that the CVP align with the brand/marketing strategy 
•    Assist with technical marketing 
•    Ensure that the CVP aligns to relevant legislative requirements
•    Implementation of relevant solutions to deliver the CVP by working with the various product houses and the broader group to deliver this CVP
•    Work with marketing to ensure the CVP and the strategic marketing strategy aligns
•    Co-create client journeys with internal stakeholders to improve the overall client experience
•    Support sales teams with research, tools, and training to ensure the CVPs'' effective implementation and sales
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of engagement/communication strategy to align with the CVP
•    Track/measure and report all CVPs and marketing initiatives

 

•    Nearly qualified / Qualified Actuary 
•    More than 5 years experience in the Insurance industry
•    Previous experience in technical marketing, product development, CVP development, or

      employee benefits will be advantages
