Job Overview
The Automotive Call Centre Agent will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, supporting sales and service activities within a busy automotive environment. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist with enquiries, and contribute to lead generation and appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with professional, accurate information.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm appointments, and promote dealership offers.
• Record and maintain customer information accurately on internal systems.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Support the sales and service teams in achieving performance targets.

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with online systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Professional telephone manner and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
